Description: NA Contractor Qualifications: Offerors are required to submit two (2) copies of their quote. The quote shall include at a minimum the following information: (a) Resume of experience to include 10 years past employment information, technical expertise, education, and professional qualifications to include schools, degrees, or skills. (b) Past Performance - The contractor shall furnish at least three letters of reference indicating successful achievement as a construction inspector or related experience. (c) Price - A price per hour. Minimum hours per week is 20 hours, maximum is 40 hours to perform the services specified in the statement of work. Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote represents the best overall value considering these factors: (1) Experience as it relates to construction inspection. (2) Past Performance as it relates to construction inspection. (3) Price. Price shall include all cost associated with performance of the contract services.
