- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish all labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform mowing, maintenance, cleaning and herbicide spraying services at Taylorsville Lake; Taylorsville, Kentucky (Spencer County). All work shall be performed in strict compliance with th e attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. This procurement is for base year plus 4 option years. NOTE: AWARD WILL BE BASED ON BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. FACTORS TO BE CONSIDERED ARE PAST PERFORMANCE, EXPERIENC E, AND PRICES. SEE FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION ?????? COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) located elsewhere in this RFQ. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ?????? ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS NAICS # 561730 ($6 MIL) SIC ?????? 0782.
