Description

Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to William Data Systems LLC, 2034 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314. William Data Systems LLC shall provide annual software maintenance for Exigence software. The period of performance for the requirement is from 10/01/2003 through 09/31/2004. The software products are proprietary and are solely maintained by William Data Systems LLC. This procurement action is for software maintenance in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
