Description: USPS has a requirement for the acquisition of a web-based Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Contract Authoring and Management System (CAMS) with minimal customization for use by USPS Supply Management personnel. Selected supplier shall be responsible for the configuration, customization, testing, migration, deployment, training and support of CAMS. The USPS requires one COTS solution to be housed at a central location and accessed from approximately fourteen (14) user sites as determined by the implementation strategy.
