- Description
- The Notice posted September 30, 2003 is changed as follows: 1. The CLIN for shipping containers is deleted and the price per engine shall include the cost of a shipping container. 2. The performance periods are changed to be in concert with the manufacturer's pricing periods. 3. FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, paragraph (c) is changed to 38 months" The following quantities represent the Government's best estimate of the required quantities to be purchased.
