Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking firms or individuals interested in providing Janitorial Services for the DHS, Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), New York Air Unit, 2035 Smithtown Ave, Hangar 1, Macarthur Airport, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779-7324. Period of performance will consist of a base period of ten months and four possible one-year option periods. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Solicitation materials should be available for download not later than 10/21/2003, and quote packages will be due to the Contracting Office by 3:00 pm, 10/31/2003. Quotes may be faxed in order to meet this deadline (FAX 802-951-6455, ATTN: Mike Sheridan, ref. ACB-4-Q-0021). The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site.
