- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to contract with Commutair Flight Support, 518 Rugar Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, for month-to-month rental of hangar space (with utilities included) at Clinton County Airport, Plattsburgh NY, for the period of 11/01/2003 through 09/30/2004. Service will be provided to: DHS ICE Jacksonville Air & Marine Branch, Box 115, Jacksonville, FL. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Commutair Flight Support under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
