Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO-AQSS31), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Galaxy Scientific Corporation, 3120 Fire Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234-5859 for the acquisition of a quantity of 50,000 Impac POINTLess Powerpoint Compression Software tool. The purchase is being made for DISA/APV. The licenses will have a 6 month software support agreement at no cost. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software must indicate their interest by close of business on 23 Oct 2003. Oral communications are not acceptable.
