First Article Testing is required. See Solicitation for specifice requirements and waived sources. This procurement is unrestricted. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available from DSCC-VTCD. Proposed procurement contains a 100% Option for the increased quantities. Pricing on incremental quantities is requested: 49 ea to 99 ea. 100 ea to 199 ea. 200 ea. to 299 ea. This requirement is for 49 ea. 7 ea to Tracy Ca. 35 ea. to New Cumberland Pa. within 240 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 25 ea. every 30 days thereafter. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http:dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date 30 Oct 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available.
