NSN 1560-01-436-9382, LTC0273014727, Parts Kit, Upper Center Fuselage; Lockheed Martin Corp. (CAge 81755), P/N 16RB496-B. Approved Source: United Fastener Co. Inc. (Cage 5M696). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 29 each. Minimum order quantity base year 26 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 107 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 26 pcs. Minimum order quantity 26 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 208 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article Test is applicable - see item description for "special" details. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
