- PR No: LTC03287015069: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-5 Swivel Assembly. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is Deutsch Co, Cage 14798. The NSN, P/N, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 1650-01-488-4018; P/N: 144975-15P14P06G; AEQ is 674 each for base year and 884 each option year. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Origin, 133 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 19 Nov 03. The anticipated award date is 26 Jan 04.In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
