- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: Solicitation for NSN 6695-01-093-5762 / YPG03261001011, Tensiometer is in accordance with Sippican Inc. (cage: 13030) part number C135710-1. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. A copy of this drawing is available as DSCR and can be obtained via internet at website: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Origin inspection is required. FOB is at Destination. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery is 222 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
