- A Streamline Study of the R5 Pacific Southwest Region Trails Maintenance Activities, involving 99 full time equivalent employees, was conducted using the "U.S. Department of Agriculture Guide for Conducting a Streamline Review Competitive Sourcing Study". On 09/22/2003, the decision was made to retain performance in house, using the ecxisting organization to continue to perform the work under current performance provisions.
