Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE -- The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)laboratory facility, 1095 Willowdale Road, Morgantown, WV has a requirement for annual fire service to the facility. The City of Morgantown, Morgantown, WV is the only fire department in the area available with the equipment required to service a structure the size of the NIOSH facility. This notice is issued for informational purposes only.
