- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to provide HIV/AIDS awareness services targeting high school students in Lagos, Nigeria. Potential offeror must demonstrate the ability to perform in Lagos, Nigeria. The period of performance shall commence on the date of award and shall continue for a period of 12 months. The tentative date of issue for the solicitation is September 5, 2003. The solicitation will be posted electronically to the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.eps.gov) on or about September 5, 2003. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
