- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source award to the MTA Bridge and Tunnel Area Transit Authority, New York, NY for 140 EZ Pass Electronic Tags. The Government intends to solict and negotiate on an all or none basis for one year with three possible option years, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A solicitation document is not available. However, intersted vendors may idenify their capablity to satify the Governments requirments no later than the response date above. A determination not to compete this propose contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
