- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, VISN 7, Decatur, Georgia, requires the rental of hotel or motel rooms within a 5 mile radius of the medical for VA patients. The medical center will require up to 10 rooms Sunday evening through Thursday. The base year of the contract will be from December 15, 2003, through December 14, 2004, with four renewable option years. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 531120 with a size standard of $6.0 million. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 3, 2003. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 478-274-5578. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
