- Presolicitation notice--Contractor to provide all facilities, supplies, equipment, and personnel to provide Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures for outpatient veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the Gene Taylor Community Based Outpatient Clinic (GTCBOC), Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Contractor's facilities must be located within a 10 mile radius of the VAMC, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR, or a 40 mile radius of the GTCBOC, 600 North Main, Mt. Vernon, MO. The government may elect to award multiple contracts under this solicitation. Solicitation documents will be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov on or about October 30, 2003. All requests for hard copies must be submitted in writing via fax (479-444-5031) or e-mail (laura.watts@med.va.gov). No telephonic questions will be answered, and no electronic offers will be accepted. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms, as contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. Closing date for submission of proposals will be November 28, 2003 at 3:00pm central time.
