Description

NA The item to be procured is the Hydraulic Motor, NSN: 4320-00-972-2627, P/N: 10923498, used on the M60 Tank. This procurement shall be 100 percent full and open. Estimated quantity to be procured under the resultant contract award is 64 each. In addition , this procurement shall contain a 100 percent option, which can be exercised by the Government any time preceding one year after date of award. Estimated solicitation issue date is 13 Nov 03. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordanc e with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7), 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following internet address: http://aais.ria.army.mil. CAUTION: This solic itation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is there therefore incumbent upon any interested partie s to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal no nresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
