PRON: AX3C0421AX, NSN: 1615-01-116-7083, PN: 145D5314-4, QUANTITY: 80 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is rest ricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and Olympic Tool & Machine Corp., Cage Code 56811, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design cap ability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 80 each 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 80 each, 270 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 80 each, 338 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to see k source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of s olicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for thi s acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRI CTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401- 2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
