Description

NA This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to Grace Analytical Lab Incorporated, to provide Environmental Engineering Services that involve monitoring 4 groundwater wells at Joliet Army Ammunition Plant Load Assemble and Pack (LAP) landf ill site. This effort requires taking samples, analyzing the samples and then compiling the data and submitting the formatted data to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency 4 times per year. An approved State Of Illinois Sampling Plan is required. It is anticipated to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year with 4 option years. The period of performance for the base year is 01 JAN 2004 thru 31 DEC 2004. This contract will be done under Other Than Full and Open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 01 DEC 2003. This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
