- NA The project consists of placement and construction of habitat and slope stabilization structures within the White River, downstream of the Bull Shoals Lake Dam. This restoration project consists of three (3) areas starting at the dam and extending to Whit e River mile 342.8 near Jack's Resort. Rainbow and Brown Trout habitat will be the primary beneficiaries. The contract performance time is 120 calendar days from notice to proceed. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 10, 2003 fr om our website https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil/. This project is pending higher-level approval. All prospective offereors and plan rooms must register on our website. Amendments will be posted to the website for viewing/downloading. Bids are due on or a bout December 10, 2003. NAICS 237990 will apply with a small business size standard of $28,500,000.
