- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N00244-04-T-0039 is being issued as a Request for Quote. The applicable NAICS code is 339999. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 16. This requirement is for binding of journals and dissertations. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base period and four option years for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego. The proposed period of performance for the base period is 17 November 2003-30 September 2004. Contact the contract specialist at Joyce.Miller-Corona@navy.mil for a copy of Section B, a copy of the specifications and a copy of the offeror representations and certifications as detailed below. IMPORTANT: DFARS 252.204-7004 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award.
