- Description
- Notice of intent to use other than full and open competition: The US Government currently occupies 2,774 rsf of space at 207 Grandview Drive, Ft. Mitchell, KY under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for the current space and 2,800 rsf of expansion space for a total of 5,574 rsf based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included in the rental consideration.
