Description

The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from PREQUALIFIED contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system (air handlers & chiller) located at the Main Post Office in Inglewood, CA. The work is to be completed in one hundred fifty (150) days after notice to proceed. The estimated range is $200,000.00 to $300,000.00. The proposal must contain the offeror?s overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
