- This is a request for information. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The contractor/supplier of services under this contract shall have five or more years of experience in the supply, installation and maintenance and training of broadcast duty equipment and systems as well as photography equipment, software and hardware. SERVICE RESPONSE: The contractor/supplier shall have the capability of responding with competent, trained service technicians within two (2) hours from the time a service call is placed, during weekly business hours. A maximum total travel time allowance of one hour will be allowed per service call. SERVICING EQUIPMENT: The contractor/supplier shall, as a minimum, own and maintain electronic service equipment adequate to service, maintain and repair all types of video/audio recording, computer, photography equipment as well as training as needed. AUTHORIZED DEALER: The contractor/supplier shall be an authorized dealer/service center for equipment repair, upgrades and training.
