- See numbered notes 1,and 26. NSN: 4330-00-397-3404 - - Parts Kit, Oil Filter. Estimated total quantity for base year is 5084 each. Being bought in accordance to Drawing Number (19207) 5704486 and all related data. Required estimated delivery is 1271 items in 90 days with FOB Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of November 10, 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This procurement has been 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
