Issue Date: October 21, 2003, Closing Date: November 21, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 994 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 580. Subject is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 177 days ARO. Item is in accordance with MIL SPEC MIL-G-18997E, TYPE SF2ND2HPWRANAG. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
