Description
Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0626, LTC03259014539, NSN 6850-01-380-4369, Cleaning Compound, Solvent. This modification is to add the following text: Alternate offerors shall contact David Piatkowski, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code 4814, Bldg 562-2, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 for procedures and additional assistance. This solicitation will be available on the procurement gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on 12 November 2003. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0626, LTC03259014539, NSN 6850-01-380-4369, Cleaning Compound, Solvent; solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with EPA provision and POPS EDI for one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) years. Solicitation is unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Approved sources are Allied Enterprises Inc., CAGE 58396, P/N: Impact or Grignard Co. CAGE 27843, P/N: Grisolve Peg-2. Unit can contains 5 gallons. This is a commercial item. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label are required. Estimated annual demand quantity is 787 CN; guaranteed minimum quantity is 148 CN. FOB Origin, Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination with QAP 022 for DVD shipments, Line 0001; FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, QAP 002 for stock location depot shipments to Line 0002, SRG, Richmond, VA, and Line 0003, AQ5, Tracy, CA. Alternate offerors must have their product tested and approved by NAVAIR in accordance with established procedures for arresting gear cleaner evaluation requirements. Original manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 12 November 2003, with a closing date of 15 December 2003.
