- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for the delivery of Dairy Products for Flatwoods Job Corps in Coeburn VA. This Invitation for Bid is designated as a Small Business set aside. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Base and 4 option years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources necessary to complete the work described.
