Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for an Aerial Infrared Thermographic Roof Moisture Survey. The purpose of this survey is to identify damaging and potential areas of moisture on the roofs that is not apparent by eyesight or handheld infrared cameras. This information will aid NIST personnel in making repairs and preventing roof failures. Details of this requirement will be provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order is anticipated. It is anticipated that a RFQ will be issued on or about November 5, 2003 at www.fedbizopps.gov. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business (NAICS 541360 and $4M). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation, all amendments and any questions and answers to the solicitation will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and are totally the responsibility of the Offeror. No mailing lists will be kept and no hard copy of the RFQ will be available.
