- Contractor to provide all labor, supplies and material to perform a complete service and maintenance of the Fire Alarm System at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, in accordance with the contract documents. Contract period is date of award thru 9/30/04 with four (4) one year option renewals. The NAICS is 561621 and size standard is 9.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the government. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) via the website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/webobjects/bospublic.woa. Solicitation shall be available electronicall on or about October 25, 2003. this solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
