- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semi-annual inspections and annual tests on Government owned elevators and dumbwaiters located at the VA Medical Center, Hines, IL. Anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition a 100% small business set-aside. NACIS 333921, 500 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is January 1, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 23, 2003.
