- Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Foreign Military Sales requirement for providing an upgraded High-Speed Network (HSN) Communications System for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) at locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has been released and can be located at <a href="http://www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil/esc_opps.asp?rfp=R554">http://www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil/esc_opps.asp?rfp=R554</a>. <br> Note that the Statement of Work (SOW) and Systems Requirements Document (SRD) will not be posted to HERBB.
