- NA HQ, AFSC/JMC intends to solicit/negotiate and award on a sole source basis with the Tooele Army Depot Non-Appropriated Funds, located at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD), Toole, Utah for the furnishing of meals to approximately 130 National Guard Troops stationed at TEAD under the ??????Noble Eagle Security Augmentation Forces??????. Period of performance shall be 1 Dec 03 through 30 Nov 04, with 4 one year options.Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to provide hot meals 3 times a day, seven days a wee k including holidays. Serving hours are between 0500 to 20000 and will cover a three??????hour period for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The actual numbers of soldiers for whom meals are to be provided are subject to change based on mission requirements. Add itional information is available upon request. As of this date, only one source has been qualified. A determination by the Government not to compete with other sources based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Other interested firms able to meet these requirements are invited to respond within 7 working days after appearance of this public notice but only in writing with clear and convincing documentation.
