- NA Provide maintenance service and repair to include all parts, labor, and travel on a Molecular Imaging System, model: Typhoon 9410, mfg: Amersham. The period of performance will be for a base year and (4) four option years from 1 November 2003 through 31 October 2004 each year. RFQ W91YU0-04-T-0001 will be released on or about 22 Octob er 2003 with a closing date of 29 October 2003. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS for this acquisition is 811219 with a size standard of $6 million. *****
