- Description
- This is a notice of intent to negotiate a Request for Proposal with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation, Centennial Research Building, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, 30332 on an other than full and open competitive basis for the continued development of multi-source integration (MSI) algorithms that combine E-2C onboard and off-board track data. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation because they possess proprietary data and will use their company?s unique approach to developing Multi-Source Integrated (MSI) algorithms that combine E-2C onboard and offboard track data. Note: Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation was one of three contractors selected for a contract award under BAA# N00421-02-R-0266. Each contractor will be afforded the opportunity to continue its own unique approach and submit to the Government its best overall technical approach.
