- Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to REPAIR BOILER NO. 3, BLDG 2210, MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE, ALBANY, GEORGIA. The work includes repair work in boiler number 3 and associated piping systems. The steam boiler is a Cleaver- Brooks model D-42 L.H., serial number WL-3099, built in 1981 and installed in 1983, 20,000 lbs per hour, furnace volume of 527 cubic feet, national board number of 51744, and has a maximum working pressure of 260. Burner is a Cleaver-Brooks Model number 200-BR-1 rated at 25,168 MBTU per hour, maximum. Work will require on-site disassembly of the steam boiler and components necessary to access components. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. Estimated Cost Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued as a SMALL BUISINESS SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code 238290/$12M. A SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 28 OCTOBER 2003, at 1:30 PM EST. Meet at the ROICC Office located at Bldg. 5500 Walker Avenue, MCLB, Albany, GA.
