NAICS Code: 541512 Sources Sought Notice for the INTEGRATED DATA FOR ENFORCEMENT ANALYSIS, DATA PROJECT ( IDEA 2004) The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance is conducting market research to identify 8(a) concerns to support the IDEA 2004 Project. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS. The IDEA 2004 Project includes five functional areas. (1) Original software design and development, (2) Software Maintenance, (3) Database maintenance, including new databases and database surveillance, (4) User Interfaces and Tools (5) identify data and methods for analysis, including risk assessment and modeling.. The full DRAFT statement of work is available at the following web site: http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod. It is anticipated that the resultant contract type will be cost-plus-fixed-fee, with a one-year base period and two 1-year option periods. The estimated total contract level-of-effort is 32,9000 hours. If your company is 8(a) certified and can demonstrate the technical knowledge, and experience to provide these types of services, please submit a written capability statement. Capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must address "all" five (5) functional areas of the DRAFT statement of work.
