Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 14,000 - 16,000 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Office Space. This rentable Square feet of space must yield a minimum of 12,450 ANSI/BOMA Office Usable Square Feet (BOUSF) for use by Government Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Building may be a multi-tenant use. Metrorail proximity is required within 2,500 walk-able linear feet of the offered facility.___ DELINEATED AREA: Lee Highway (Route 29) to the North, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) to the southwest, and 395/Route 27/ Route 50 / Fort Myer to the EAST, EXCLUDING Fort Myer and Arlington Cemetery.___ OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 15, 2004.___ LEASE TERMS: 10 year term with termination rights.___ OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: All Proposals should include the following information concerning one's property and be submitted to the address below within ten (10) business days from the date of this advertisement: 1.
