- Description
- The U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is interested in leasing office space in Nassau County, NY, for a ten-year lease with five years firm. The space must consist of approximately 12,452 square feet of rentable space, yielding 10,828 to 11,369 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space. The delineated area is bounded as follows: on the north by Old Country Road; on the west by Franklin Avenue to North Franklin Avenue; on the south, by Fulton Street to Fulton Avenue to Hempstead Turnpike; and on the east by Merrick Avenue. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
