- Contractor is to provide a catalog of artwork for posters reflecting the national theme for observances such as the Martin Luther King Holiday, National American Indian History Month, Women's History Month, Asian Pacific Heritage Month and the National Hispanic Heritage Month. Posters will be printed in full color on glossy stock in a minimum size of 18 inches by 24 inches to be delivered to approximately 296 locations in the continental United States and overseas. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base and two one-year options. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about October 28, 2003 as a 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. This RFQ will be posted on the FedBizOpps (www.fedbizops.gov).
