Description: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Namibia, is seeking applications of qualified individuals from U.S. and TCNs interested in providing Personal Services Contract (PSC) services of a General Development Officer. The Officer?s basic functions will be to assist USAID?s technical teams with: (a) assignments related to the day-to-day management and monitoring of USAID?s programs; (b) assignments related to the start-up of the new program; and (c) the orientation and training of new staff in USAID policies and procedures.
