- This solicitation is for the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity type contract for the following FSCs: 1005, 1015, 2510, 2530, 3020, 4330, 4720, 4730 The solicitation, which includes the NSNs, item description, part numbers, Annual Demand Quantity and delivery schedule will be available for download on the issue date of 10 Nov 2003 under the ?Acquisition Download? menu on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under the heading ?DSCC Corporate Contract/Tailored Support Solicitations?. Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/. Access is also available via the World Wide Web at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contract/cc.asp. The solicitation covers base year with option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. See numbered notes 1, 8, 9, 12, 13, 26, . The FOB is Destination. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. It is required that a written offer be returned, along with Section B information on disk, to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified. If you do not have a Section B disk please download the information on the Excel spreadsheet file from the Internet. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
