OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 150 DAYS ARO OR SOONER. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Critical Application item. QAP 003. NAICS is 336413. This is an unrestricted procurement, targeted sources: PALL AERO Cage: 18350, FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for quote for an indefinite delivery purchase order (IDPO). Estimated annual quantity for year one is 19 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 40 each. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-3040. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation, ESPECIALLY PAGE 2 REMARKS, in order to be considered for award.
