Description

NA Amended to read: Provide all resources and personnel, except those specified as Government Furnished Property and services, to accomplish work necessary to perform Dining Facility Attendant Services at Fort Lewis, Washington. This amendment removes the per formance requirement of Full Food Service sent out in July 2003. There are approximately eight dining facilities normally serviced; although, exercises may require additional dining facilities to be opened. This is a requirements type contract and task orders will be issued. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 April 2004 - 31 March 2005) and four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here is for an 8(a) set aside. Interested 8(a) concerns should, as early as possible but not lat er than 15 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the point of contact, below, evidence of capability to perform. Concern means any business entity organized for profit with a place of business located i n the United States, including, but not limited to an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, or cooperative. The size standard is any concern including its affiliates with an average sales or receipts for its preceding three fisc al years not in excess of $17.5 million. NAICS Code: 722310.
