Description

NA The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, an indirect subsidiary of The Boeing Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797 to acquire on an other than full and open competive ba sis, Interim Maintenance of 18 Lot 7 Longbow Apache Aircraft located at Robert Gray Army Airfield, Ft. Hood TX from 01 Oct 03 through 31 Oct 03 or until Configuration Material Release is granted. This requirement is under the authority and justification o f 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
