Description

NA The Work consists of removal of approximately 500,000 cubic yards of maintenance dredged material and includes turtle trawling and protection. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1 million to $3 million. The North American Industrial Clas sification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Galveston District's Subcontracting goals are: Small Business - 43.8%; Small Disadvantaged Business - 18.0%; Woman-Owned Small Busines s - 6.5%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - 3.0%; Hubzone Small Business - 3.0%. Bid Opening will be held in Room 192A. The plans and specifications will only be available via our website, on the issue date. It is the contractor's responsibil ity to register on the website, to download plans and specs, and to check daily for any posted changes to this solicitation, at: www.swg.usace.army.mil/ct. Notification of amendments shall be made through paper or the Internet. However, the Government rese rves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
