Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting proposals on solicitation number 201814R009 to furnish all effort and materials to DESIGN/BUILD for correcting electrical problems in electrical service equipment, selected buildings, and modify or replace electrical power generation system. Work also includes new building feeders, disconnects, distribution equipment, wiring, grounding, and terminal outlet device. The project is located at Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery, Mohave County, Willow Beach, Arizona. The estimated price magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The total performance period is expected to be 240 calendar days or less. Proposal evaluation will be on Best Value process (Technical, Past Performance, and Price). The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses may submit proposals. The solicitation will be available on or about November 11, 2003. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held during the week starting December 8, 2003. Additional details will be included in the solicitation package. Copies of the request for proposal package may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov .
