Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to issue a sole source requirement to MR POPOVICH for C4I engineering support. The scope of this requirement is to provide formal command, control,communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) training courses of instruction at the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS)Detachment Point Loma; training support for COMTHIRDFLT sponsored exercises; and system engineering and hardware support for Tactical Training Group Pacfic's (TTGP) Battle Management Training Center (BMTC). See Note 22.
